EGUARDIAN Lanka is seeking an Associate Manager for Inside Sales to drive the lead generation and opportunity follow ups. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager/Associate manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inside sales team, driving sales strategies, and fostering relationships with clients to promote and sell our innovative IT solutions.
You Will,
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads using existing custom
• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to Qualification.
• Conducting lead generation activities such as email campaigns, cold calling, participating in conferences.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client retention.
• Understand customer needs and IT challenges and offer solutions from EGUARDIAN product stack to solve their problems and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns aimed at driving lead generation and brand awareness.
Sales Operations & Reporting
• Oversee the use of CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Generate sales reports and dashboards to track team performance, sales conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as lead-to-deal conversion ratio, sales cycle length, and customer acquisition cost to optimize the sales process.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
• Work closely with the technical and product teams to stay updated on the latest IT solutions and product enhancements.
• Support the pre-sales and implementation teams by providing insights into customer needs and product requirements.
• Closely follow up the leads and opportunities and timely update product teams to engage
If you are having,
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Or fully or part qualifies in business or marketing related professional qualifications such as SLIM, CIM or CMA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
• knowledge on IT solutions (e.g., cloud computing, SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software, IT infrastructure, etc.).
