Job description
H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, and Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an Associate Manager – Finance. This position involves managing finance operations, supervising a team of 2 FTEs, and overseeing daily financial tasks. You’ll handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow, ensuring accurate records, timely transactions, and process improvements.

The Job:
• Manage finance operations and supervise a team of 2 FTEs.
• Oversee daily financial tasks, including processing invoices and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Handle relationships with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and prompt collections from customers.
• Supervise month-end closing activities, ensuring that accounts are reconciled accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support auditors with various requirements.
• Mentor and support junior finance team members, providing guidance and training as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in the finance and accounting field.
• Partly qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., SAGE, QB, XERO) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
