Job Description
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, requests for proposals, and other legal documents
• Provide legal support and advice to product and business teams
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and protection regulations, including the EU and UK GDPR
• Balance risks in business processes and decision making

Qualifications
• LL.B. degree (or equivalent)
• Enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka
• 2+ years of experience as a tech legal counsel (in-house or a law firm)
• Strong negotiating skills with both legal and business counterparties
• Experience negotiating tech agreements (NDA, SaaS Agreement, EULA, MSA, SOW, DPA, etc.)
• Experience building trustful relationships with internal clients
• Demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
• Ability to work independently
• Enjoy working hard and being continually challenged
