ASSOCIATE IT PROJECT MANAGER – KERNER NORLAND
Job Summary: The Associate IT Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects within the organization under the guidance of senior project managers. They will assist in coordinating project teams, managing project documentation, and monitoring project progress. The Associate IT Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT project management, software development, or related field.
Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
· Support project teams by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
· Monitor project progress and track milestones.
· Assist in identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
· Maintain project documentation and ensure version control.
· Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
· Provide administrative support to project managers as needed.
· Participate in project meetings and workshops.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
· Assist in conducting post-project reviews and documenting lessons learned.
Must have Technical Stack:
· Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Basic understanding of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
Alternate Technical Stack:
· Version control systems (e.g., Git).
· Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Nice to have Technical Stack:
· Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
· Exposure to cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
· Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java).
Working Mode: On-site
Work Hours: Standard business hours, with flexibility to accommodate project deadlines and meetings.
