Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate HR to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining HR records. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for people management.
Responsibilities
• Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientations.
• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Help prepare payroll by collecting relevant data and managing employee benefits.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities and handling HR queries.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role (internships or entry-level experience also considered).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS software is a plus.
