Job Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up to date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of Monthly/Yearly accounts and Budgets
• Arranging the supplier payments and ensure making on time and proper filing and documentation
• Preparing and booking project-wise invoices in the system and verifying invoices with supporting documentation
• Maintain and manage petty cash accounts and float effectively
• Assist in the preparation of periodic management reports and cash flow reports
• Any other ad hoc matters relevant to finance assigned by HOD

Shift: 9am – 6pm

Location: Battaramulla (Onsite)

Job Requirements
• Partly qualified in CASL/CIMA/ACCA or full qualification in AAT
• Minimum one-year hands on experience in Accounting
• Computer literacy with sound knowledge of Excel
• Good command in English
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
