Associate – Digital & Fintech Application Support

Job Summary:
Provide L1/L2 support for Digital applications and Channels by addressing technical issues and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
• Collaborate with developers & vendors for fixes
• Coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Provide reports & required feedback to management.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields with minimum 02 year of application support experience.
• Knowledge and experience on payment eco systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs.
• Experience with Digital and Fintech platforms will be an advantage.

Skills:
• Good communication, team player &fast adoptability.
• Digital literacy, problem-solving, and project management.
