Position Overview:
Zafer is a leading company in digital security and innovation, combining AI and blockchain to safeguard digital assets. We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Business Analyst to support business and technical teams in defining and implementing requirements for key projects. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to impactful projects
What we prefer you to do:
• Maintain up-to-date documentation (manuals, policy docs, etc.).
• Develop functional requirements and user guides for system improvements.
• Analyze and document business requirements using standard templates.
• Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility.
• Support test case execution and contribute to Test Plans/Tests Scripts.
• Collaborate with both business and technical teams, especially in offshore settings.
What we prefer you to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Industry experience and Agile knowledge are a plus.
• Familiarity with Visio, Drawio, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in teams.
