Job description
We are looking for a Assistant Trainer ( F&A) to conduct training for new and existing staff, ensure continuous skill development, and provide technical support to F&A/F&T teams. The role requires strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and expertise in Xero.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical training sessions for new and existing staff (AUS/UK).
• Keep staff updated on relevant industry and regulatory changes.
• Review and maintain training logs to ensure compliance and progress tracking.
• Monitor Learning Curve (LC) staff performance and provide necessary guidance.
• Conduct continuous refresher training programs.
• Assist Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Finance & Taxation (F&T) teams with technical queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Administration, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Smart-working and capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to deliver effective training.
• Knowledge of Xero accounting software is preferred.
• Ability to closely monitor and guide Learning Curve staff.
