Optik House is a leading provider of camera repairs, accessories, and vintage cameras in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales at our showroom in Nawala and play a key role in customer engagement and brand promotion.

🎯 Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and meet monthly targets at the Optik House showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to clients.
• Demonstrate and explain the features of cameras, accessories, and other products to customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom revenue.
• Maintain showroom display and stock management.
• Create engaging video content by presenting products and promotions for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries through online and offline channels.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or electronics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with confidence in appearing in video content.
• Passion for cameras, photography, and technology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
