Role Description
This role is for an Assistant Sales Manager at Union Assurance PLC located in Kandy. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales team, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to senior management.

• Need to have Previous experience in the insurance industry or any sales relevant industry.
• Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
