Assistant Manager – Marketing

You will drive marketing initiatives to attract and engage prospective students, working closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, student services, and admissions. This exciting role involves developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns: Identify the target audience for each programme and create tailored marketing communications to effectively reach and engage them
• Execute comprehensive marketing strategies: Plan and carry out 360-degree marketing campaigns to generate leads for each programme, ensuring a cohesive approach across all channels
• Lead nurturing and conversion: Cultivate leads from initial inquiries to prospects through targeted online and offline marketing activities, driving engagement and interest
• Manage customer/student funnels: Oversee B2C customer or student funnels for each programme using a CRM solution to ensure efficient and effective management

Key Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a lead generation and lead nurturing role
• Prior experience in planning and running marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing strategies
• Ability to manage and convert leads using CRM tools
• Fluent in English with good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Full or partial marketing related qualification, CIM or Bachelors in Marketing/ Business related field preferred
