Job description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Manager~Manager – Sales / Business Development to spearhead the growth of Aion Campus. The ideal candidate will drive student acquisition, and oversee the broader strategy and growth initiatives of the institute. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional passionate about shaping the future of cybersecurity education.
Key Responsibilities
Student Acquisition & Enrolment
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to attract prospective students.
• Collaborate with academic institutions, career fairs, and online platforms to increase enrolment.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow through with potential candidates to meet enrolment targets.
Industry Partnerships & Trainer Placement
• Identify and engage cybersecurity industry experts to serve as trainers and mentors.
• Establish and nurture relationships with leading organizations, associations, and professionals for long-term collaboration.
• Ensure that trainers’ expertise aligns with current market demands and program curriculum.
Strategic Growth & Planning
• Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for Aion Campus’s growth and sustainability.
• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep the curriculum relevant and competitive.
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business development plans, including expansion into new regions or program areas.
Marketing & Promotion
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and targeted outreach events.
• Represent Aion Campus at industry conferences, seminars, and community events to raise brand awareness.
Budgeting & Reporting
• Prepare and manage budgets related to business development initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as enrollment targets, revenue, and return on investment for marketing campaigns.
• Present regular progress reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the education or training Industry.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity trends, certifications, and industry demands is a distinct advantage.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.
