Assistant Manager – Procurement

NativeWay (Pvt) Ltd is a trusted leader in integrated engineering solutions, specializing in Power Generators, Air Conditioning, Industrial Laundry Machines, and MEP services across Sri Lanka. We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Procurement to strengthen our supply chain operations, optimize procurement strategies, and build lasting supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure supply chain reliability.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality materials.
• Oversee procurement activities for Power Generators, Air Conditioning, Industrial Laundry Machines, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with technical specifications and project needs.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, pricing, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgets effectively and prepare accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications & Experience
• Age: 35 – 45 years.
• Experience: 8–10 years in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the MEP or industrial equipment sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
