Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role located in Colombo. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. They will also assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.

Qualifications
• Recruiting and Onboarding skills
• Employee Relations and Performance Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in developing training programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field will be advantagous
