Role Description
• Formulate, finalise, and distribute all the Job Descriptions in the organisation.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal/external parties and implement a job evaluation program.
• Review and develop the existing performance appraisal system and implement the improved version in the year 2024.
• Assist in Introducing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to the organisation.
• Review/formulate, implement, and maintain Human Resources policies.
• Conduct salary surveys .
• Conduct attitude surveys to all employee categories once in 3 years .
• Conduct Exit Interviews for Staff and Executive-grade employees.
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree /Diploma in Human Resources Management in a recognised institution.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Senior Executive position.
• Strategic Human Resources initiatives in a medium/large scale organisation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
