We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for an Assistant Manager HR – HRBP for an MNC based in Seeduwa. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to business units, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. You will provide expert advice and support on a range of HR activities, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their challenges and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Talent Management: Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, and retention. Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, offering guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing expertise in change management processes and communication strategies.
• HR Operations: Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, performance reviews, and compensation planning. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Data-driven insights: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives on business performance.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts, fostering an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and respected.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
