Job Responsibilities
• Onboarding: managing a new employees experience during the first month. Coordinating the company identity card, HRIS account etc.
• HR Administration: managing employee movements (transfers, promotions, resignations, retirements), Job descriptions etc and update structures accordingly
• Performance Management: ensuring that the PMS process is followed according to identified timeliness in the HRIS.
• Maintaining Human Resources Information System and HR information and generate payroll updates
• Attendance and Leave management: Ensuring all new employees are entered into the system, generating periodic reports, analysis, exception reporting etc.
• Offboarding: Coordinating obtaining of final dues, conducting exit interviews, Offboarding checklist
• HR Service Delivery: Acting as the focal point for employee queries
Person’s Profile
• A degree preferably relating to Business Management or Human Resources Management / Professional Qualification related to Human Resources Management from a recognized University
• MBA/MSc from a recognized University would be an added advantage
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience preferably in a Manufacturing environment
• Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English and Sinhala
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong results orientation
• Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
• Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite
