We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – HR & Admin to join our team. If you excel in managing people, processes, and administrative operations, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Oversee administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support in developing and implementing HR and administrative strategies.
• Handle payroll and employee benefits management.
• Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and labor regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
