Role Responsibilities
• Provide multifunctional ongoing support, maintenance and future implementations across the Groups ERP platform, Oracle R12
• Support core modules across Oracle R12 including, GL, AR, AP, CE, PO, FA, PA, INV, OM, iProcurement, Expenses, Treasury and AGIS, security maintenance, system configuration, technical analysis and integration
• Provision of first and second line support, as well as delivering on agreed Improvement requests to the Oracle system
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation (functional/ technical specifications, configuration documents etc)
• Management of issue resolution, including SR management
• Leverage information within Service Now to maintain efficient and complete support service to the business
• Liaising with third and fourth line support as the need arises, including the handling deployment schedules with Group IT across production and other various development environments
• Working with ERP managers to deliver on an efficient end to end Finance solutions
• Involve in new implementations across group and new Fusion ERP upgrade program

Preferred Skills And Experience
• Proven work experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant or in a similar role, with a solid grasp of Oracle E[1]Business Suite
• Excellent working knowledge in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, API, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), SOA, Workflows, Rest API, BI Publisher, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud). 3. Build complex Oracle RICE components using PL/SQL and SQL
• Experience in Data Migration and Integration of Oracle modules with third-party applications.
• Good knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, such as Financials, Purchasing and troubleshooting of other third party integrated systems and interfaces,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex technical issues and design effective solutions and integrating with third party applications.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, specifically in Agile and usage or issue tracking tools like JIRA is a plus.
• Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements/story gathering, analysis, solution design, development, testing (unit, integration, end-to-end user), implementation, and support
• Excellent Knowledge of Flowcharting, and Technical Content
• Working proficiency and interpersonal skills in verbal and written English.
• Hardworking and result-oriented.
