Assistant Manager – Business Development

Duties and Responsibilities

● Managing a sales team/s to achieve set sales targets and key KPI’s

● Monitoring each employee to ensure individual objectives are met consistently

● Managing and updating daily, weekly and monthly reports

● Create sales forecast based on budget requirements and trends

● Visiting members with sales agents to understand the market situation

● Handle customer complaints and queries effectively providing timely solutions

● Responsible for recruiting, training and managing sales people

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

● BSc/BA in business administration/management/marketing or relevant field. CIM qualification would be an added advantage

● 5+ years relevant field sales experience including a minimum 2+ years in a managerial position

● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

● Demonstrated experience in leading, and guiding sales staff in field sales development

● Good knowledge of working with all Microsoft Office tools primarily Excel

● Excellent Communication skills and leadership skills

● Planning and Organizing skills
