We are seeking meticulous and talented individuals to join our team as Assistant Manager – Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Innovate and optimize existing products by adding value and reducing costs. Manage new product development from concept to execution.
• Conduct thorough research on upcoming product launches, market trends, and competitor strategies to provide key insights for strategic decisions.
• Monitor and report sales metrics, focusing on expanding the dealer network for Building Products, especially in Electrical and Hardware sectors.
• Compile and analyze import/export data, competitor activities, and supplier performance to inform business strategies.
• Identify and establish relationships with new foreign suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and a reliable supply chain.
• Lead initiatives to identify foreign buyers, facilitating Delmege’s expansion into international markets.
• Collaborate with cluster heads to ensure timely execution of business development initiatives and update management regularly.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, or marketing from a recognized institute or university, having an MBA would be an added advantage.
• Total 5-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, business development, and supplier management functions.
• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts to evaluate costs, pricing, and financial impacts.
• Ability to oversee projects, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English.
