Position Overview: We are hiring an ambitious and energetic Assistant Manager, Business Development on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify prospective clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and presentations that address the client’s needs and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet revenue targets.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the tech industry, preferably in managed services.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
