Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Melsta Hospitals – Ragama. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the hospital. They will also assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in healthcare management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred)
