Assistant HR Manager

Job description
We are a well established organization, with operations in Western provinces and our mainstreams of business are Facilities Management, Housekeeping, Janitorial services, Air-conditioning and Real Estate. Currently Our facilities Management are engaged with the largest organizations, local and International Organization in Sri Lanka.
Currently total manpower of the Organization has exceeded 900 people in over 70 locations/companies in Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a result-oriented Individual who can strengthen our team in order to manage human resources at different geographical areas in the country.
The prospective candidates should meet the following requirements;

Candidate should be preferably female, below 45 years of age (above 30 years)
In depth understanding of HR Management and its link to business strategy.
A degree or full professional qualification in the area of human resource management. (candidates who are currently studying will not be encouraged or not provided study leave etc.)
Ability to work with a variety of different people with varying backgrounds
Ability to deal with conflicts and work with parties to find appropriate solutions using mediation and conciliation
Possess minimum 05 (five) years of working experience in the field of HRM and at least 02 (two) years at the managerial level in the reputed organization
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and ability to work in a computerized environment
Excellent communication skill and ability to Speak and write fluently in English language is must
Innovative thinkers and ability drive the company HR management functions to meet company Vision and mission
