Job Responsibilities
1.1 Accounting and Expense ManagementMonitoring and finalization of Monthly Accounts Guiding in classification of expenses Checking and releasing €˜Purchase orders € and GRNs Checking payments for the suppliers, Debit Notes and Credit Notes Checking Debtors bills, Driver Commission Checking Non-Executive Salaries, S/Charge and preparing Executive salary Checking Non-Executive SOP and preparing Executive SOP Dealing with suppliers, bank, inter companies, Other Departments, Head Office etc. with the objective of ensuring a smooth running of the accounts department.1.2 ControllingMonitoring and Checking TAV € s and P € Cash payments Checking Bank Deposits Taking €˜Cash Counts €Â, and €˜Spot Checks € at outlets Taking €˜Spot Checks € at outlets with the objective of having proper having proper controls.1.3 Handling fixed assets and circulation stockCreating €˜Investment Orders € for purchase Informing SAP and H/O about disposals Preparing of €˜Circulation Stock € reports Participating in €˜Circulation Stock € physical counting Participating in annual Stock take and physical counting of Fixed Assets.1.4 Financial ReportingChecking Monthly Reports-KFI,MCM Presentation etc. Preparation of €˜Variance Report € monthly and cumulative Other reports/analysis ask by the H/Office, SFC andother departments 1.5 Finance ManagementMonitoring bank balances Making arrangements to get transferred money from H/Office by preparing €˜Cash Projections € for weekly Informing to the Management ,status of €˜Hotel Funds €Â, when ever they want 1.6 BudgetingPreparation of €˜Best Estimates €Â(At least 02 times for a month) Preparation of €˜Quarterly Fore Casts € and comparisons with actual Preparation of €˜Annual Plan €Â/Re-forecast
