Assistant Accountant

Summary:
• We’re seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team at Silverline Group. This role demands a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Our Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent professional qualification such as CIMA, Chartered Accountancy.
• Minimum of one year of experience in accounting & finance.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office Packages.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Overlooking and coordinating the efficient functioning of the day-to-day finance function of the group.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Responsible for the overall operations of the finance division.
• Process & record transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information.
• Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare final accounts & reports.
