Job Description – Visual Storyteller
You’ll be the bridge between vision and reality, translating brand strategy into stunning visuals. Collaborate with the BDM and Creative Strategy Officer to ensure projects stay on track and deliver high-quality, customized packages for each client. Here’s what you’ll do:
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategy Officer: Translate creative strategies into stunning visuals and impactful content.
• Lead & Inspire the Design Crew: Provide clear direction and insightful feedback, fostering a collaborative and positive environment. Ensure brand adherence across projects.
• Manage Like a Maestro: Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget, while prioritizing tasks.Communicate design decisions to directors and stakeholders.
• Embrace the Power of Many: Actively listen to your team’s ideas and avoid designer burnout.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar creative leadership role is required. A strong portfolio and exceptional design sense are a must.
