Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand and adapting to ADL DevOps culture
• Provide consultation to DevOps teams working on various projects
• Identify and define technology stacks
• Defining CICD Automation processes
• Analyzing and improving existing CICD processes
• Adaptation of DevOps best practices to ADL DevOps culture
• Review designs done by DevOps teams to ensure quality and standards
• Review and assist in estimation of efforts
• Participate in presale activities
• Evaluate, R&D and POC new technologies
• Mentor juniors to adapt to ADL DevOps culture
• Technical Documentation
• Follow Agile process

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
• Engineering degree in Telecommunication, Computer science, IT, Systems/Networking
• 12+ year(s) experience
• Ability to Architect Systems and defining system KPIs matrixes
• Ability to define abstract for the system implementations and DevSecOps/SRE execution
• 12+ years of experience in DevOps/Networking/IT/Telecommunication
• Excellent Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in designing DevOps related solutions
• Solid understanding of systems/networking/software fundamentals and concepts
• Broad experience and knowledge working with multiple OSs
• Broad experience and knowledge working with scripting (Bash/Ansible/Python/Terraform), Java/Angular/React/PHP coding languages
• Broad experience and knowledge in CICD tooling (Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker, SCM tools)
• Broad experience and knowledge in Monitoring and log management related tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Broad experience and knowledge with one or multiple cloud platforms
• Broad experience and knowledge on DBMS
• Broad experience and knowledge in system and network security (DevSecOps)
• Excellent understanding on scrum and agile practices
• DevOps related professional certifications
