Job description
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join us in the position of Administrative Executive cum Receptionist. As part of the Admin Team, you will engage in a variety of administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities

Your core responsibility is to support the Admin Team in carrying out the following tasks:
• Office Coordination: Plan and coordinate day-to-day activities of the office as assigned by the Manager of Administration.
• Employee Welfare: Assist with employee-related administrative activities to ensure employee well-being and welfare.
• Onboarding: Assist in the employee onboarding process.
• Vendor Liaison: Liaise and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
• Travel Management: Assist in managing corporate travel arrangements, including overseas travel logistics.
• Event Organization: Help organize and execute office events, meetings, and conferences.
• Reception Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage interactions, and handle corporate phone calls professionally.
• Document Management: Maintain and organize office documents and records.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Technology: Utilize office technology and software to streamline administrative processes.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any administrative or operational issues promptly and efficiently.

Candidate Profile
• Experience: Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Telephone Etiquette: Strong knowledge of telephone etiquette.
• Office Management: Effective office management and organizational skills.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Teamwork: A proactive team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Education: Educational qualifications in Business Administration or a related field are an added advantage.
• Availability: Ability to join immediately
