This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, managing property listings, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

📂 Property Listings Management
• Upload property listings to popular real estate portals like Ikman and Lanka Property Web.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate property information on these platforms.

📊 Inventory Tracker Maintenance
• Keep an organized and live inventory tracker, ensuring all properties are accurately logged and tracked.
• Regularly update the inventory for availability, pricing, and important details.

📱 Social Media & WhatsApp Listings
• Post property listings on relevant Facebook groups to maximize visibility.
• Share listings on WhatsApp groups.

📞 Client & Landlord Communication
• Regularly call landlords to verify the current availability of properties and ensure accurate information.
• Follow up on any updates and changes to property availability.

🔍 Administrative Support
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team’s daily operations.
• Help with general office duties as needed to keep processes running smoothly.

🎨 Graphic Design & Content Creation
• Proficiency in Canva and Video Editing for creating engaging TikTok Content is a plus.
