This is a contract role for an Administration Assistant/Management Trainee at Agility Consulting Services. The role involves providing administrative assistance for the office , working on social meadia updates, communicating with customers and supporting executive administrative tasks. The position is on-site in Battaramulla.
Qualifications
• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Clerical Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good Knowledge of basic office software ( microsoft office )
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• good knowledhe of softvware use and social meadia platfroms ( facebook, instragram and linkedin )
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
