Administration Executive
Duties and Responsibilities of Administration Executive
• Assist with and coordinate daily office operations and administration tasks.
• Create and maintain an organized documentation and filing system for both physical and digital records.
• Respond to requests, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Perform any additional responsibilities/tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications
• A Diploma or a professional qualification from a recognized university/institute.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge in working with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and PR skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Have a pleasant disposition with a flexible attitude.
