We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Admin Cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Familiarity with HR-related administrative tasks is a plus, and we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the role.
Proposed Package: LKR 35,000 – 45,000
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties
• Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries professionally.
• Handle mail, courier services, and ensure a well-maintained reception area.
2. Administrative Support
• Oversee office supplies and equipment, including repairs and procurement.
• Maintain organized filing systems for administrative records.
• Coordinate bookings (e.g., PickMe) and manage quotations and invoices.
3. HR Administrative Assistance
• Assist with ABH form submissions and ETF/EPF documentation.
• Manage the issuance of B-Cards for employees.
• Provide support for other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
