Job description
• Responsibilities:Responsible to carry out Accounts Payables related activities for oil and Gas industry e.g. Indexing, invoice processing, vendor master management, Payment run, Claim processing and Audit.
• Working with internal and external stakeholder to that the open issues resolved.
• Supporting transformation initiatives and helping the team to achieve transformation goals
• Resolve AP process discrepancies. Research and respond to inquiries and resolve problems related to payment processes.
• Responsible for Quality Check of Weekly Transactions
• Responsible for Continuous Process Improvements
• Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management
• Make Recommendations to efficiently enhance processes, oversee & manage performance and service quality, guarantee customer satisfaction while meeting overall SLA and KPI, manage escalation issues and lead Monthly and Quarterly performance reviews with client.
• Keeping Project number always ready by heart and Ability to switch between different roles
• Advanced Analytical Skills
• Timely handling of complex requests in various Payabless systems
• Monthly reconciliation on timely and accurate manner and propose solutions to resolve aged and upcoming
• Qualifications:Working experience in Accounts Payables activities e.g. indexing, invoice processing and troubleshooting
• Basic Knowledge of Vendor Account Reconciliation
• Experience and understanding of SAP
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good Accounting Knowledge and Basic Journal Entries
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Working experience in Oil and Gas, Supply Chain Operations (Rail, Trucking, Marine) or Heavy Industries company will be preferred
