GalleZone Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.
Position: Accounting Executive / Bookkeeper
Location: Battaramulla
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
