Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting processes and be proficient in accounting softwares. This role involves handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounting team with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers in accounting software.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Support payroll processing and expense tracking.
• Assist with tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
• Ensure all financial documentation is organized and stored securely.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
