Accountant

Job Requirements –

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus)

Proven experience in financial management and budget control

Strong analytical skills and experience with strategic analysis

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Responsibilities –

Develop and manage annual budgets

Analyze operational results and provide strategic insights

Provide management with detailed reports, insights, and recommendations

Identify and manage financial risks

Corporate governance and proposal improvement

Coordinate the annual audit process, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements

Motivate, lead, and train the Finance Team
