Position Overview:

Imperial Edutech is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Academic Instructor for our Health and Social course offerings. This role requires a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and insightful online instruction to our diverse student body.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive online courses in Health and Social subjects.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials and activities.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate these into the curriculum.
• Support students through one-on-one sessions and group discussions, as needed.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree in Health and Social Care or a related field; a master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching or training in an academic setting, preferably online.
• Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in healthcare and social services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning environment.
• Proficiency with online teaching platforms and educational technology.
