𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🔍Support the development and execution of yearly PR initiatives to build a strong brand image

🔍Establish and nurture positive relationships with local and international media to enhance the PR strategy.

🔍Organize and coordinate media engagements, including one-on-one interactions and media familiarization visits.

🔍Monitor traditional and online media coverage as part of the Company’s reputation management efforts.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

🎯Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

✍Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency in Sinhalese and Tamil is a plus.

✍Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

✍Strong time management and organizational abilities.

✍Collaborative mindset for working with internal and external stakeholders.

✍Experience with international media and pre-established connections with key opinion leaders and local media are preferred.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

🎯Minimum 5 years in a Public Relations agency or communications role, ideally in the Real Estate, Hospitality, or related industries.
