URGENT HIRING! – COLOMBO, SRI LANKA
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Responsible for managing and distributing information among their co-workers answering phones, and doing other administrative work.
1. Ability to work in a Computerized environment such as Microsoft
Applications.
2. Write professional Letters and Emails.
3. Filling out various application forms.
4. Multi-task with all the documentation works.
5. Prepare a variety of documents with meticulous attention to detail to
submit them within the deadline.
6. Work Collaboratively with colleagues.
7. Having proficiency in editing software (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) will be an
added advantage.
8. Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsible for organizing the works of Administration Assistants and managing the files to submit before deadline.
1. Proficient in navigating a computerized environment.
2. Check and review professional letters, application forms, and various
documents.
3. Handle multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
4. Check diverse files and submit documents promptly.
5. Examine a range of documents with careful attention to detail as
instructed by seniors.
6. Collaborate effectively with team members.
7. Oversee multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
8. Submitting the final documents to higher officials for review and
assuming responsibility for the documents.
9. Ability to explain the final documents thoroughly to the higher official.
10. Organizing the work for colleagues and managing tasks effectively.
REQUIREMENTS ;-
🔴Candidate should be young and energetic, qualifications doesn’t matter.
🔴We welcome freshers. An internship plus training will be provided.
🔴 A diploma or degree is not required, but candidates should have
extensive experience with documentation/ Editing tasks.
🔴Being proficient in English is a requirement. Knowledge of Sinhala and
Tamil is an added advantage.
🔴Candidate should be a Motivated Female who is between 18 – 40.
🔴 Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills with a
good customer service attitude.
🔴Excellent in Computer Literacy and software.
🔴If you are an experienced candidate in a similar field then that’s an
added advantage.
This is a newly incorporated company in Colombo, Sri Lanka
Offers Salary Package between 50,000/- to 80,000/- along with conveyance allowance plus attractive commissions
Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.) and Saturdays (8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.)
