Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and finance tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
• Assist with onboarding processes and maintain records.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
• Support the management team in event coordination, meetings, and presentations.
• Handle document preparation, filing, and management of confidential information.
• Provide front-line support to staff and trainees with administrative inquiries.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the education or aviation sector is a plus.
