About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a short-term contract of approximately six months. This role requires a dynamic professional with over 3 years of project management experience, preferably with some exposure to the banking domain. You will be working closely with our cross-functional team on-site to ensure the successful delivery of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including internal teams and clients, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among all project stakeholders.
• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management.

Key Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably with some exposure to the banking domain.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively on-site, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing projects within the banking or financial services sector is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
