We’re seeking a Sales and Admin Specialist to identify leads, manage follow-ups, and nurture client relationships to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales and Admin Specialist, you’ll leverage your strong communication and organizational skills to identify leads, initiate contact, and nurture lasting client relationships. You’ll also manage various administrative tasks to ensure seamless client interactions and support overall business operations.

Your responsibilities will include
• Lead Identification: Cross-check databases to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
• Outreach: Reach out to identified leads via email, phone, or other communication channels to introduce our services and initiate engagement.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and book meetings with leads, whether through events, team calls, or other platforms.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to ensure ongoing engagement and address any questions or concerns.
• Relationship Management: Keep in consistent contact with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

To excel in this role, you’ll need
• Education: A degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Experience:
• Familiarity with lead management and administrative processes in a specific industry relevant to your company.
• Previous experience in lead generation, administrative roles, or customer relationship management.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, databases, and scheduling platforms are preferred.

We cater to the UK market, with working hours from 1 PM local time to 10 PM UK time.

We provide drop-off transportation within a 20KM radius of our office in Pepiliyana.
