Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive Human Resources

Salary: Gross Rs 100,000 – 125,000 LKR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking for a proactive and experienced Executive/Senior Executive Human Resources to join their dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to the continued success of our growing organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Implement strategies to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates.

Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes within the workforce.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvement.

Performance Management:
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and timely evaluations.
• Assist in setting up performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
• Provide guidance to managers on effective feedback and coaching techniques.

Compliance & Policy Management:
• Ensure the organization adheres to all local labor laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.

Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation packages.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
