Scattered Harvest (SH) is a UAE/Sri Lanka-based organization that sources premium fresh produce and FMCG products from Sri Lanka and other countries. As the company expands its operations in Sri Lanka, we are looking to grow our team to support our global operations.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products.
Establishment of local and international suppliers
Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Coordinate and optimize transportation and distribution processes to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Assist with the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems to streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Handle customer inquiries and issues related to supply chain activities, providing solutions in a timely manner.
Pre-Requisites / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Ability to travel where required
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
Proficiency in MS Excel, etc., and strong analytical skills.
Access to an international supply chain database will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
