Role Description
• Evaluating customer requirements and providing effective solutions
• Achieving the assigned sales and profitability targets
• Creating sales opportunities
• Building sales funnel
• Meeting clients and potential customers
• Delivering effective customer presentations
• Providing periodic performance reports consisting of sales/financial data
• Effective negotiations, deal closing and objection/complaint handling
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales/account management
• Good command of English and Sinhala or Tamil
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of marketing, freight and logistics
• Effective negotiation skills
• Being passionate about sales, adaptability and ability to learn quickly
