Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tour Consultant located in Colombo. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for coordinating guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, and offering travel consulting services to clients.
Qualifications
• Guided Tours and Travel Consulting skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in creating personalized travel itineraries
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing or related field
