• Identify training needs and create development programs for employees.

• Provide feedback, coaching, and tools to enhance employee performance.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

• Design and manage competitive salary structures and benefit programs.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately

• Align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

• Promote employee wellness programs

• Lead the HR team and oversee their work.

Skills You should have :

• At Least 5 years of proven experience as a HR Manager.

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.

• In–depth knowledge of Labor laws and best HR practices.

• Knowledge of HR Systems and databases.
