• Office and Facilities Management
• Vendor and Contract Management
• Records and Documentation
• Budget and Financial Oversight
• Event, Meeting, and Travel Coordination
• Health, Safety, and Compliance
• IT and Technology Support
• Procurement and Asset Management
• Crisis and Contingency Management
• Reporting and Analytics

Requirements

• A qualification in Business Management or Facilities Management.

• At least 5 years’ experience in a general administration role preferably 2 to 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English are compulsory.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of local regulations related to office admin, labour and training will be an added advantage.

• Experience managing budgets and resources.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
